A 2017 article by Stephanie Johnson, an associate professor of management and entrepreneurship at the University of Colorado’s Leeds School of Business explored how diversity in the workplace can increase innovation and employee engagement. She domenstrates that diverse companies financially outperform their counterparts in the same sector. So, why is it necessary to keep discussing the importance of diversity in 2018?
