Emmanuel Peprah

Co-Founder

Dr. Peprah is an assistant professor and director with extensive programmatic expertise linking genomic, basic, and clinical sciences to population and global health. Dr. Peprah has provide leadership in strategic planning, initiative development, and the implementation of scientific programs in genomics, global health, translation research, and recently implementation science. He also serves as Adjunct Professor at the University of Maryland University College.

Barney "JR" Smith

Co-Founder

Barney E. “JR” Smith is an innovative results-oriented professional with more than ten years of Human Resources experience in complex defense department agencies, a world renown biomedical research agency and a top international development firm. JR spent more than nine years on active duty in the United States Navy, completing nine deployments in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom.
